Our Fair Pricing Model: To keep the administrative process simple, PEC uses a straight forward billing system in which clients pay a single hourly fee which includes all in-house costs. There are no additional charges for computer time, postage, plotting, clerical support, etc. The only extra charges are for out-of-house costs such as travel over 50 miles, reproduction of multiple drawing sets or for subconsultants if they are required.
