On Saturday morning, August 30, 2008 Providence Engineering Corporation lost a trusted advisor, colleague and friend with the passing of Allen May.  Allen died suddenly, at the age of 53, in his home. He is survived by his wife Becky, and his two sons Andy and Kevin.

Allen worked with PEC for eleven years providing leadership and direction as well as exceptional structural engineering services. He was respected by his co-workers and business colleagues for his ability to solve whatever problems were presented to him. He truly was a brilliant engineer and a good man.
