Upon graduating from Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Fiene began his career in the construction industry as a Project Estimator for a General Contractor.  He was responsible for quantity takeoffs, field verification of scope of work, soliciting and evaluating bids, selecting subcontractors as well as purchasing and executing subcontracts.  During the first four years of his career he advanced to the Director of Estimating position for his company.  Chris participated in and eventually managed estimating teams that bid on projects ranging from $100,000 to $25,000,000.   

Chris routinely participated with design-build projects and has worked directly with Architects, Engineers and Owners on projects from the schematic design phase through the construction document phase.
