Dutch Gold Honey
Dutch Gold Honey is the largest family-owned honey company in the United States.
Providence designed a 77,100 SF honey storage warehouse addition plus a 23,400 SF container store warehouse addition to the existing receiving warehouse. The new construction matches the existing facility and shares a common truck yard with the existing facility. Design consists of reinforced CMU walls, structural steel with bar joists and metal deck, structural steel braced frames and CMU shear walls. The foundations are traditional shallow concrete spread footings.
