The 39,712 SF facility provides residential living space on the upper 5 levels and tenant parking on the first 2 floors of the building. With open floor plans, private terraces, and large windows to capture natural lighting, the residential units range in size from 1,560 – 1,875 SF, with two penthouses in the 2,500 – 2,600 SF range. To address the existing footings in the adjacent building, Providence prepared performance specification details for foundation underpinning. Roof framing design included provisions for the proposed future addition of a green roof.
