Mr. Hart started his career in Architectural Design upon graduating from Stevens College, designing projects in the food industry. During the first eleven years of his career he advanced to a lead architectural designer. Bill managed several large food processing facility design projects, which included overseeing construction during site visits. In 1997 Bill accepted a position as a Construction Project Manager. Bill managed a 4 year, $22 million renovation and expansion project which included 38 separate projects over a 4 year time frame. Bill was responsible for soliciting and evaluating bids, selecting sub contractors and executing sub contracts for this as well as construction management.
In 2006 Mr. Hart was responsible for overseeing design and construction for a 2-year, $3.28 million project at Case New Holland. This work included 9 separate projects over the 2-year time frame.
