Mr. Hart started his career in Architectural Design upon graduating from Stevens College, designing projects in the food industry. During the first eleven years of his career he advanced to a lead architectural designer. Bill managed several large food processing facility design projects, which included overseeing construction during site visits. In 1997 Bill accepted a position as a Construction Project Manager. Bill managed a 4 year, $22 million renovation and expansion project which included 38 separate projects over a 4 year time frame. Bill was responsible for soliciting and evaluating bids, selecting sub contractors and executing sub contracts for this as well as construction management. |
